SELC in Georgia

An ecologically rich coastline and vibrant, livable communities are just two of Georgia's defining characteristics. Our coastline boasts some of the most productive ecosystems in the world - but these coastal areas are now under siege. As a result, Georgia's marsh hammocks have been identified as one of the 10 most endangered landscapes in the U.S. Meanwhile, unchecked growth has had a major impact on our communities: Georgia's air now fails to meet human health-based standards for over half the state's population.

SELC has a history of success in protecting Georgia's environment. Our Georgia conservation team includes ten attorneys focusing all or part of their time on the conservation needs of this state. We serve Georgia from our Alabama/Georgia office in Atlanta, GA.
